Ladieswear & Menswear Collection 2016
Today Dundrum presented their SS16 collections, a showcase of the season’s top style trends handpicked from high-street stores to high-end designers throughout the centre. With over 2,000 stores housed under one roof, no matter what the budget or age group, Dundrum Town Centre has something for everyone – that’s what I love about it!
Electric Florals
The floral storyline has been completely catapulted into the future for SS16 and the future looks like a real catch. Charming colours act as a backdrop for chic floral explosions, with a nod to country garden charm. How beautiful is the detail on these two pieces?
Summer Suits
From paper bag waist pants to boyish pyjama pieces – add in some angular cut out shoulders to complete this suited and booted look. The structured silhouette is strong this season when paired with anything striped. You can never go wrong with strips if you ask me.
Then Came 90’s
A nostalgic nod to the 90’s was seen on the catwalks for SS16, with its minimal spaghetti strap slip dresses, chunky summer knits, denim with white t-shirts and of course those chunky trainers. Love, love, love!
Victorian Rush
Victorian era influences are everywhere this season from full on lace, high collars, ruffles and puffed out elaborate sleeves. Mixed embroidery and embellishment are key and more is definitely more.
Accessories Are A Girls Best Friend
As I am sure you know by now that I LOVE my accessories and my shoes. I was blown away by the fabulous and funky bags and they slick shoes. I cannot wait to start buying some #DTCSS16
