The Festival Addiction Continues…

I don’t know about you but festival season for me is flying this year. It’s hard to believe that Longitude has come and gone already. With Electric Picnic and a few others on the way i’ve decided to put together this Festival Vibes #StyleGuide blog post to give you some more festival style inspiration (on the cheap). Every year when the end of summer approaches so many of us are short on cash after letting loose all summer and splashing the cash on trips away, summer shopping hauls and of course festivals so i’ve to decided to put together an outfit that is simple, stylish, inexpensive and of course something that screams FESTIVAL (without wearing a floral headband of course).

Fringe Cami Top

If one thing screams the word Festival this summer it’s Fringing. It’s such a huge trend this season so if you don’t own at least one accessory or piece of clothing with some sort of fringing it’s time to start investing (yes, I am slightly obsessed). I got this top in Penneys, it was €8 and when I bought it in their Mary street store early last week they had a good few still in stock so it would definitely be worthwhile popping in for a look.

Floral Printed Joggers

I cannot get enough of these ‘joggers pants’ lately. Some people might refer to them as lazy pants or pyjamas but at the end of the day; they are stylish, comfortable, they’ll keep you warm enough and if you’re having a typical ‘I look fat today’ kind of day they’ll keep you covered up. I bought these in Penneys as well and for just €12 – I love them. My boyfriend thinks i’m wearing pj’s whenever I go out in them but I’m obsessed with them all the same! #JoggerLove

Ghillie Shoes

I fell in love with these shoes in store (Penneys again) last week. They are available in two colours but these ones stole my heart. They are only €13 and they are so comfortable to wear. I first wore them last Wednesdays Kildare Village Summer Day Out and i’ve worn them almost every day since.

The Shades

I’ve been getting snapchats and messages from a good few of you asking about the sunnies. I got them in River Island for €17. As i’m sure you know, they have a massive sale on right now so they MIGHT still have some in stock. Ruuuun…..

Feathers & Beads

I’ve seen these everywhere! I don’t own any yet but they are on my ‘to buy list’. They vary in price (but aren’t too pricey) and so far i’ve seen them in Penneys, Accessorize and in Claire Accessories at the minute.

If you have a cool feather hair band or beaded/feather clips send me a few snaps and let me know where you got yours x

I’ve seen festival worthy jewellery EVERYWHERE lately so take your pick. Here are some inspirational jewellery photos i’ve come across and love…

Metallic Jewellery Tattoos

I bought these back in May for my trip to Morocco. They are so simple to use they just look fab, am I right? They don’t come off straight away which was good and they are cheap enough. I got these from Boohoo.com for €7 and I also picked up a few gold ones in Penneys for less than €5. Win/Win!
