My Warsaw Style Diary

Hi guys! If you have been following along on my Instagram (@fashionboss_ie), you will know I am back in Dublin after a slightly extended trip in Poland thanks to storm Emma. I was a nice break and we made the most of the extra few days we had which was great. I am in the middle of my Warsaw travel blog and believe it or not, I did try and vlog my trip so I am trying to edit that at the minute too. But first, I wanted to share some details about all of the outfits I wore over the past week in Warsaw. Nirina & I had such a nice time there and we really enjoyed putting outfits together for the trip. A lot of you seemed to love the looks so I wanted to share them in further detail along with links to each of the items I wore too. Here is a quick recap…

First of all, comfort is everything! This sweater caught my eye almost immediately and I had to have it. I picked it up online via Dresses.ie and there is also a similar once available in grey AND, they are on sale! Winning! In my opinion, this style of sweater is a must for your basic wardrobe season after season. I wore it with skinny jeans and converse one of the days and I wore it with pyjamas for lazing around our apartment. You could also team it with a basic tee & jeans for the ultimate slouchy vibe! This is probably one of my favourite outfits from the trip. As usual, I wore black for most of the trip but I am proud to say I did incorporate some colour into my wardrobe over the last two weeks. Delighted! The jacket, top and skirt are from Penneys. I picked them up in Liffey Valley about a week and a half ago so there should still be lots in stock. My black sock boots are from Littlewoods Ireland. Click here for a similar pair. If you wanted to go for a slighting more casual look, you could wear white runners instead of boots.

I cannot get enough of red and pink combos this season so I decided to go about it in subtle way. Again, this outfit is from Penneys and I picked it up on the same day in Liffey Valley. This is another sweater that caught my eye because I LOVE quotes and slogans on tops and jumpers. The skirt is similar to the black one and I really like the length so I had to have it. And again, my black sock boots are from Littlewoods Ireland.

The parka obsession continues…! I think it’s safe to say I picked the best week of the entire year to wear this jacket. I may have missed the snow in Ireland but it was as low as -15 degrees for the week I was in Warsaw so this came in handy. It is super warm, a little crazy and it’s covered in faux fur – what’s not to love? Perfect for staying toasty warm! Click here. I teamed it up with faux leather trousers. Click here for similar.

Another trend I can’t get enough of this season is dark denim. Loving this day-to-night button up shirt dress. I picked it up recently from Dresses.ie and they still have a few in stock. I wore it with my black boots but I would also team it with a pair of strap sandals or court heels. Click here.

Finally, I wore this sleek bodysuit one of the evenings and I am still loving it. I am loving low-cut bodysuit and shirts lately so I had to have this. I wore my black faux leather pants and a belt I picked up in H&M last year. I would also wear it with a high waist skirt and heels. Shop here.

There you have it! I hope you enjoyed this outfit post! I will be sharing a full Warsaw Travel Guide with my top recommendations soon so keep an eye out for that. If there is anything in particular you’d like me to blog about over the next few weeks let me know. You can catch me on Snapchat: duffyloikes, InstagramFacebook and Twitter! 🙂
