Paris: What I Wore

Hey guys, I hope you had a nice weekend! I am finally getting back into the swing of things after an amazing few days in Paris. A city break was just what the doctor ordered and we couldn’t have been more lucky with the weather.

I have been posting travel updates on Instagram each day but a lot of you have been asking about the outfits so I said I would put links for everything in one place to make it a bit easier. Here is what I wore and I have included links to items similar for anything sold out.

Ps. My Paris Travel Guide will be published during the week too so keep an eye out for that if you’re thinking about planning a trip over.

I not usually one for wearing bright colours BUT I decided to make an effort for Spring/Summer so here we go. This yellow jumpsuit caught my eye a few days before I flew out. I picked it up in Mango but I can’t seem to find a link for it online. They do still have a few in their Pavillions Shopping Centre store in Swords (Dublin) and I found two similar yellow jumpsuits on their site. Click here for a ruched one and click here for an asymmetric one – both quite similar.

Again, I went all out with a bright colour – I am really liking orange/rust shades at the minute. The playsuit (under €20), basket bag (€12) and slingback shoes (under €20) are all from Penneys. I am head over heels obsessed with basket bags at the minute so I wore this one almost every day. Too cute!

Go denim or go home! Still loving all the denim vibes this Spring. Dark, washed, double denim – I want it all! Again, I picked up this dress in Penneys (under €20). I like the sleeves because it meant I wasn’t going to get my shoulders burnt (like I usually do). I bought this Gucci inspired bum-bag in Penneys last summer but they do have similar ones in store at the minute and in a few different colours! FYI!

I got so many questions about this dress! It was definitely a favourite of mine. A little bit on the ‘out there’ side but when in Paris and all that. I bought it in Zara but I can’t seem to find a link online. They have lots of sequin dresses in at the minute though. Click here for a similar short sleeve one and click here for one with slightly longer sleeves.

Penneys hun! This entire outfit is from Penneys. I love this polk-dot blouse and you can’t go wrong with a high waist denin skirt. Again, the basket bag was glued to my side and I really like these nude sandals (available in black and orange too). All still in stores at the minute!

My hair clip is from Grace Loves Embellishments, you’ll find them on Instagram. My necklaces are from Muru Jewellery – I wore these every day as I am loving layered necklaces at the minute. The shorter one is a mini drop crescent moon necklace and the longer one is a gold tanit coin necklace. Finally, my top and skirt are from Penneys. I really like button up style tops and fun prints. Also, I loved this skirt. Can’t get enough of that colour lately.

Whites and neutrals! The outfit above and below are both from Penneys – all still in stock. I’m loving light tones, neutrals and whites these days. They have a really good selection of sandals in at the minute and this bag also comes in black. Win win!

There you have it – what I wore in Paris! I am working on my travel guide at the minute but in the meantime, if you have any questions feel free to comment below.
