Not every trend listed below is all bad, some have just been wore too much, in the wrong era and in the wrong way! Take a look and let me know what you think. Are there any other insane trends that drove you crazy this year? LJD x

CRAZY CULOTTES

They are puffy, pricey, very popular and they are everywhere. Some celebs have pulled off this type of look but most have slipped up along the way in my opinion. Kate Moss can pull off almost anything so has the green light but the above aren’t doing it for me to be honest. Yay or Nay to these popular, baggy pants?

‘OVER THE TOP’ EAR JEWELLERY

This year, explosions of sparkliness took of celebville. Yup…i’m talking about the ear cuff, the most popular accessory in 2014 by far. I am still 100% obsessed with ear cuffs and I will definitely still be wearing mine next year but as soon as Nicole Ritchie hit the red carpet (wearing the above ear bling) the OTT trend crossed the line for me. Now ear cuffs are about as rebellious as a second hole in your earlobe.

THE KYLIE JENNER ‘LIP POUT’ TREND

I dont know about you but I think this pouting/fish lips trend is a tad ‘cray’ and not attractive in the slightest. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Kardashians as much as the next person but there are only so many Jenner Instagram pouts one can take. More smiles and less wannabe fish in 2015 please and thanks!

NORMCORE

The crazy trend of wearing all the normcore staples together is one that should remain in 2014. Certain styles can be pulled off by certain people but all in all a full normcore look is one to stay in the past. It;s time to mix it up. Why not break up your white t-shirt, backpack and faded denim jeans with something crazy, bright, stylish or at least with something that shows you’re part of this generation.
