Laura Whitmore’s Misstache campaign has been getting a lot of attention. A number of well-known Irish Beauties have been sporting pretend facial hair and posting their pictures online. Laura’s new campaign launched last week, it is in conjunction with the already well established charity drive Movember, which aims to raise awareness of men’s health.
Model Roz Purcell, decided to take part by flashing her Misstache and tweeting her support for Movember. The TV presenter, Vogue Williams has also joined the craze and created a beard-and-moustache Misstache. In contrast to her blonde locks, Vogue’s Misstache was a dark brown.
During Movember, men grow moustaches to raise money for prostate cancer charities; Misstache is a way for women to support the cause.Movember kicks off this month – participating men will refrain from shaving their moustaches for all of November.
