GET THE COACHELLA LOOK!

Let’s face it!

We all want to be there. For those of us that aren’t there this year we can at least get the latest on all of the celebrity fashion, trends, and of course hairstyles!

The award for Coolest Coachella Hair of Weekend One without a doubt goes to Kate Bosworth. She managed to pull off three very Coachella-worthy hairstyles—a tousled lob, a half bun, and an unreal braid—in one gorgeous look. Kate’s hairstylist, Bridget Brager, really deserves our praise for dreaming up the pretty look.

Why not try this look yourself at home? Something this good shouldn’t just be for music festivals. Am I right? <3

With dry hair, take a small section (no larger than the width of the tip of your ring finger) of hair where you would normally have a center part. This section should end at the crown of your head, just before your head starts to curve down.
Once this section is created, begin to make a tiny French braid toward your forehead. Finish the braid where your hairline stops on your forehead, and make two sections by splitting the third strand of the braid. Secure the braid with a small bobby pin or slide. Push the pin up the middle of the braid as flat to the head as possible. Split the unbraided ends of hair around your face to create framing.
Spray dry shampoo on to your hair for added texture. Then gather hair starting from the top of the ears back into a half-up, half-down knot (including the ends from your braid). Secure with a clear elastic band. Let any pieces around your face fall down to tuck behind your ears.
Finish the look with hairspray.
